Setting Up

• Contact me. Provide some basic information, including issue/topic.
• For one to three people with the same:
• Organization
• Sector; e.g., health care
• Responsibilities; e.g., management, major gifts, or annual giving/membership
• Experience level or
• Geographic area or close enough to gather centrally
• Together we choose a location, date and time.

At the Session

• The focus is on your priority.
• If a common topic is identified—e.g., creating a development plan, board commitment, increasing donor retention, new research—that will be the main focus.
• If not, the primary concern of each individual will be discussed in turn—for three people, approximately 20 minutes a piece.
• If participants wish, a new topic may be introduced on-site.

Deliverables

• A defined next step regarding your issue.
• New ideas or understanding created by participants.
